One week to go and my stomach is churning thinking about it.
I can't place a name on the feeling but I do know that I'm not feeling anxious, worried or concerned. It's also not excitement. It just a feeling of "Something big is about to happen".

LOl - I love this post as it brings back so many memories of me pre op - it is almost like a "calm" descends over you.
Oh..... I know that feeling !!!!!
Before my surgery I would often wake up in the middle of the night and it would hit me.... 'I'm actually going to do this!!!' It was like it was a complete surprise!

Its the start of another new beginning... A wonderful new start... Its still going to be hard work!!! But you will breeze through it. You have some amazing friends that will be with you all the way. ;o)
