Veggie Shot!

As a fairly restricted bandit I am very limited to what I can successfully get down my throat without feeling like I'm going to vomit (slime, which is different to a bulimics dream life)

I recently discovered cous cous can go down in small amounts but the majority of complex foods are out.  I chose to be restricted tightly because I simply try and go by what my surgeon, Professor O'Brien says (I know all surgeons are different) in his book about staying in a green zone where I am not hungry and actively looking for food. I never look for breakfast and mostly never look for lunch. When things are working perfectly I will generally have a 1/2 cup to a cup of food a day. I use a teaspoon to eat and I take a bite the size of my little finger tip to eat.

This doesn't suit other bandits lifestyles and that's ok, again, it's working for me because otherwise I tend to see what I can get away with.

Anyway, I found a great discovery. My new juice. Its bloody delicious. I feel like I'm getting a treat (I can't generally drink any soft drinks/soda). Plus, somewhere, in there is some nutrition.

Here is a quick review that I read a little while ago.

I lvoe the fact that it has so much of the greens.  Yes, it has 43% apple juice but it still has greens.

I know that technically, so much of the live, fresh nutrition is lost within an hour of juicing but for a treat with lots of veg for a girl who can't physically swallow alot of nutrients ('cept my complex multivitamin which is chewable) this is ace!
