It is with delightful glee that I announce my best friend has started blogging.
I've been trying to encourage her since we met.
This wonderful woman had lap banding done 3 years ago and has lost 50kgs and is newly discovering herself, her body and life as it could be. I can' give too much away because there are many new twists and turns in her new life.
She is so easy to read and writes the way she talks.

It's been a while since I read your blog (we only got home from holidays last night) and I am so proud of your progress, I still hold true that you are such an inspiration to the little people like me.
