For those who've never read a blog, and don't know how it works, it's simply an online journal that can be private or public. As I update the journal, you can leave comments by pressing the word 'comment' at the end of the post. Comments are always appreciated ;)
If you are going to be coming back here I want the place to look nice for you. So I'm calling out to anyone who is feeling creative to design a blog for me. It may be just a header or the whole she-bang!

I am beyond thrilled for you that you are following this path. Sometimes I wish I had the guts to do it myself!!
Losing weight is the hardest thing I have ever done and any way you can do it sucessfully is good. No judgements here.

Congratulations on making such a big decision, I know it would have been made with a lot of thought.
Since reading a number of blogs of people who have decided to go this route, I have seem how it is the best decision for them and certainly not "the easy way out".

I am also thrilled you are taking this journey. Like any decision to have surgery either bypass or lapband, you are right, it is just a tool and not an easy way out at all.
