I know, I know, she is smouldering hot right now but it's so much more than that.
In one year, since having her lap band, she has not only shrunk but she has changed her life. I mean REALLY. Flipped it on it's arse.
She radiates real, true happiness. I always saw her smiles and thought that she looked sad on the inside and by her own admission she was feeling the pressure from work and not living the way she liked.
Not anymore. It's indescribable how much she has taken her own life and created bliss. I admire ANY person who does that.
- She's travelling
- she's driving a car for the first time in her life
- and she threw her job in!
- Even her boyfriend is losing weight & looking great
This is my favourite post of all. A picture post looking back on her 1st Bandiversary.
Right before I got my surgery she sent a message to me saying "I can't describe what banding will be like for you. It's like knowing my friend is about to win lotto"
She's right. I have never felt this good. Ever. Knowing there is an end in sight.

I visited Tully's site and yes she is an amazing woman. I haven't been on for awhile too busy facing a few of my own little demons and they aren't over yet, but that's me and this is all about you my most gorgeous and amazing friend. I wish I had words to tell you how proud I am to have you as a friend, but also how you have taken your life by the horns and told it to bloody behave and that you are the one in control. I am beyond flattered at your kind words. More than anything, I am just glad that what I wrote that day rang true for you and you are doing so amazing.

I too have been a Tully follower and always thought that she is a beautiful person...
I admire her courage also and wish her all the best with her future. She is radiating and looks so happy. Envious.. Hell yes!!!
We can all make changes to improve our situations...but sometimes it just takes time.
